Section 01
Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Kasih4D ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at kasih4d.cam ("Platform", "Site", "Service").
By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the Kasih4D platform — including its casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting markets, and all associated promotional or transactional services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and, if applicable, close your account. Continued use of kasih4d following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.
These Terms apply to all players accessing Kasih4D from Malaysia, including but not limited to players based in Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, and Shah Alam. All account balances, transactions, and promotional values are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) unless otherwise stated.
Section 02
Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:
- "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the Kasih4D platform, through which the Player accesses games, places bets, and manages funds.
- "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin value, or matched deposit bonus credited to a Player's account that is subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
- "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process requiring submission of valid identity and address documents before withdrawals or large deposits can be processed.
- "Real Money Funds" means cash deposited by the Player using MYR-denominated payment methods, excluding bonus funds.
- "Wagering Requirement" (also "Rollover" or "Turnover") means the total value of bets that must be placed before bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal.
- "Restricted Territories" means jurisdictions from which players are prohibited from registering or using the Kasih4D platform, as updated periodically at the Company's sole discretion.
- "Platform" means the Kasih4D website, mobile web application, and any associated gaming or betting software operated at kasih4d.cam.
- "Sporting Event" includes but is not limited to football matches (Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League, FA Cup, Champions League), UFC bouts, esports tournaments, and other events listed on the kasih4d sportsbook.
Section 03
Account Eligibility
To create and maintain a Kasih4D account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times while the account remains active:
- You are at least 21 years of age. Kasih4D strictly prohibits access by persons under 21 years old. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend accounts where age cannot be verified.
- You are not a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a Restricted Territory.
- You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
- You are not a current or former employee, director, officer, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of a Kasih4D employee.
- You have not previously had an account closed, restricted, or terminated by Kasih4D for violations of these Terms.
- Participating in online gaming is not unlawful under the laws applicable to your place of residence or current location.
Age Restriction Notice: Creating an account whilst under 21 years of age is a serious breach of these Terms. Kasih4D will void all bets, forfeit all balances, and report the matter to relevant authorities where required. Any funds deposited by an underage player will be returned to the original payment source after deducting processing costs.
Section 04
Account Registration
Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) account only on the Kasih4D platform. The operation of duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and active Malaysian mobile number. Providing false or misleading registration information may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds held therein.
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) credentials associated with your account.
- You must notify Kasih4D immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account by contacting our support team via Live Chat or email.
- Kasih4D will never contact you to request your password via any channel. Any such request should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.
- Account credentials must not be shared with, transferred to, or sold to any third party under any circumstances.
Self-Exclusion from Other Platforms: If you have previously applied for self-exclusion from any other gaming platform or national self-exclusion register, you must not attempt to open an account with Kasih4D. Doing so constitutes a breach of your self-exclusion commitment and these Terms.
Section 05
KYC & Identity Verification
Kasih4D is required to conduct identity verification (Know Your Customer, "KYC") as part of its commitment to fraud prevention, anti-money laundering (AML) compliance, and responsible gambling obligations. KYC may be triggered at registration, upon first withdrawal, upon reaching specified transaction thresholds, or at any time at the Company's discretion.
The following documents are typically required to complete KYC verification:
- Proof of Identity: A valid Malaysian MyKad (NRIC), Driver's Licence, or Passport — the document must clearly show your full name, date of birth, and photograph.
- Proof of Address: A utility bill (Tenaga Nasional Berhad, Syabas/Air Selangor), bank statement, or government-issued letter issued within the past three (3) months, displaying your name and residential address.
- Selfie with ID: A clear, recent photograph of yourself holding your photo identification document, taken under adequate lighting.
- Payment Method Verification: Where required, evidence that the deposit payment method (e.g., screenshot of Touch 'n Go eWallet or Boost account showing your registered name) belongs to you.
Verification is typically completed within 24–48 hours of document submission. Kasih4D reserves the right to place a hold on account withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of KYC. Failure to provide requested documents within 30 days may result in account restriction or closure.
Section 06
Deposits & Payments
Kasih4D accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) exclusively. The following payment methods are currently supported:
- Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and GrabPay (e-wallets — minimum RM10 per deposit)
- DuitNow QR and FPX Online Banking (all major Malaysian banks including Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, and Hong Leong Bank)
- Direct bank transfer (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong, AmBank)
- 7-Eleven Cliqq cash payment
- USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency (converted to MYR equivalent at prevailing rate)
All deposits must be funded from accounts or wallets that are legally registered in the Player's own name. Kasih4D will not process deposits from third-party accounts, prepaid instruments of unknown origin, or payment methods associated with money laundering activities.
Processing Times: E-wallet deposits (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are credited instantly. FPX/DuitNow bank transfers are typically credited within 5–10 minutes. USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency deposits require approximately 15–30 minutes to receive blockchain network confirmations. Processing times are estimates only and not guaranteed.
Kasih4D does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges. The Company accepts no liability for any fees levied by third-party payment processors.
Section 07
Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:
- The Player's account must be fully KYC-verified prior to the first withdrawal being processed.
- Any applicable bonus wagering requirements attached to deposited funds or promotional credits must be met in full before those funds become withdrawable.
- Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where possible ("source of funds" principle). Exceptions may be made at Kasih4D's discretion upon submission of supporting documentation.
- The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Maximum withdrawal limits may apply depending on the Player's account tier and verification status.
- Kasih4D targets the following processing windows: e-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) — under 5 minutes; FPX/DuitNow — 5–15 minutes; bank wire — up to 60 minutes. These are target timelines only and may be affected by third-party processing delays outside the Company's control.
Kasih4D reserves the right to delay, hold, or decline any withdrawal request where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, bonus abuse, money laundering, or where KYC documentation remains outstanding. Players will be notified via registered email if a withdrawal is placed under review.
Section 08
Bonuses & Promotions
Kasih4D offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback rebates, referral rewards, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any promotion-specific terms:
- Each bonus is available to one eligible account per Player, per household, per IP address, per device, and per payment method. Creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus multiple times constitutes bonus abuse and is strictly prohibited.
- Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times ("wagering requirement" or "rollover") before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier will be stated in the relevant promotion's specific terms.
- Kasih4D reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings where the Company determines, at its sole discretion, that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, low-risk hedging strategies designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, or any other conduct intended to exploit promotional terms.
- Bonus offers are subject to expiry. If a bonus is not activated or wagering requirements are not met within the stated validity period, the bonus and any derived winnings will be forfeited.
- Kasih4D reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
Refer A Friend Programme: The referral bonus is credited only after the referred friend successfully registers, completes KYC, and places their qualifying first deposit. Referring yourself via a secondary account, or referring individuals who do not genuinely intend to use the platform, will result in both accounts being terminated and all associated bonuses forfeited.
Section 09
Betting & Gaming Rules
The following general rules govern all bets placed and games played on the Kasih4D platform. Sport-specific and game-specific supplemental rules may apply and will be made available within the relevant section of the Platform.
- A bet is deemed accepted only upon Kasih4D confirming a valid bet reference number and deducting the stake from the Player's account balance. Pending or loading bets have not yet been accepted.
- All casino games — including slots, live dealer, and instant games — use certified random number generators (RNG) or verified live dealer equipment. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are as specified within each game's information panel.
- Kasih4D reserves the right to void bets, cancel markets, or suspend trading at any time where there is evidence of result manipulation, data feed error, technical fault, or suspicious betting activity.
- In the event of a technical fault during a live dealer game or slot session, the applicable game provider's rules shall govern the resolution of incomplete rounds. If resolution is not possible, affected stakes will be returned to the Player's account.
- Sportsbook markets covering Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, La Liga, Champions League, UFC, and other sporting events are settled in accordance with official result announcements from the relevant governing body or sports organisation.
Section 10
Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Kasih4D platform. Violation of any prohibition listed below may result in immediate account suspension, termination, forfeiture of all funds held, and civil or criminal legal proceedings where applicable under Malaysian law or the law of any other applicable jurisdiction:
- Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the Platform without genuine human decision-making.
- Collusion with other players to obtain an unfair advantage, including chip-dumping at poker or live dealer tables.
- Exploitation of software bugs, errors, glitches, or system vulnerabilities. Any such vulnerabilities must be reported to Kasih4D support immediately upon discovery.
- Money laundering, layering, or any activity designed to use the Platform to obscure the origin of funds derived from unlawful activity.
- Depositing funds using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment credentials or bank account details.
- Opening accounts for or on behalf of a minor, or allowing a minor to access or use your Kasih4D account.
- Any form of harassment, threatening, or abusive behaviour directed at Kasih4D staff or other players.
Section 11
Responsible Gambling
Kasih4D is firmly committed to promoting responsible gambling practices across its entire player base. We recognise that gambling can become harmful for some individuals and we take our duty of care seriously.
All registered Players have access to the following responsible gambling tools directly within their account settings:
- Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a minimum 24-hour cooling-off period.
- Session Time Reminders: Set alerts that notify you of elapsed play time during any gaming session.
- Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict access to your account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. This cannot be reversed once activated for the stated duration.
- Voluntary Self-Exclusion: Request permanent or long-term exclusion from the Kasih4D platform. Self-exclusion requests are actioned within 24 hours and may not be reversed for a minimum of 6 months.

Section 12
Intellectual Property
All content published on the Kasih4D platform — including but not limited to the brand name "Kasih4D", logos, trademarks, website design, user interface elements, game graphics, promotional materials, written copy, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of the Company or is used under licence from its respective owners.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or transmit any content from the Platform without the Company's express prior written consent.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works based on any Platform software or proprietary technology.
- Use the Kasih4D name, logo, or brand assets in any commercial or public-facing capacity without written authorisation.
Section 13
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Kasih4D, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including:
- Loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from Platform downtime, technical errors, or service interruptions.
- Losses arising from your failure to safeguard your account credentials, resulting in unauthorised account access.
- Losses resulting from inaccurate information provided by you during registration or KYC verification.
- Any third-party payment processing delays, bank errors, or e-wallet service interruptions affecting deposit or withdrawal timelines.
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Kasih4D does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
Section 14
Account Suspension & Termination
Kasih4D reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Player account at any time and without prior notice where the Company has reasonable grounds to believe that:
- The Player has violated any provision of these Terms.
- The Player has provided false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC.
- There is evidence of fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or collusion involving the account.
- The Player is below the minimum age requirement of 21 years.
- Continued account activity poses a risk to the security, integrity, or reputation of the Kasih4D platform.
Players wishing to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting our support team. Upon voluntary closure, any Real Money Funds balance remaining after satisfying all applicable conditions will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within 5–10 business days.
Section 15
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms, the use of the Platform, or any transaction conducted thereon, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through direct negotiation.
All disputes, claims, or controversies that cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days of written notice shall be submitted to binding arbitration. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. The arbitrator's award shall be final, binding, and enforceable.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent interim injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information pending the outcome of arbitration.
Section 16
Amendments to These Terms
Kasih4D reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide notice via the registered email address associated with your account or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform for a reasonable period prior to the changes taking effect.
The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Platform immediately and may request account closure.
